Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026 · Last updated: October 16, 2026
This privacy policy explains how Beekeeper Group (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit edge.beekeepergroup.com (the “site”).
We collect as little as we need. Apart from cookies required for the site to work, we only use cookies and similar tools after you agree to them through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time using , which is also at the bottom of every page.
This policy applies to everyone who visits the site, wherever you live.
What information we collect
Depending on how you use the site and the choices you make, we may collect:
- Your email address, if you submit it through our sign-up form.
- Usage information, such as pages viewed, how you arrived at the site, device and browser type, and approximate location, if you allow Analytics cookies.
- Organization and professional information, such as the company or organization you’re likely associated with and, in some cases, publicly available professional profile information, if you allow Marketing and visitor insights cookies.
- Technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, which our hosting provider and the services described below receive automatically when you visit.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
How we collect it
Information you give us. When you enter your email address in our sign-up form, we use it to respond to your request and to send you information about Beekeeper EDGE.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Information from third parties. If you allow Marketing and visitor insights cookies, our visitor identification provider, RB2B, may match your visit to the organization you’re associated with, and in some cases to you (for example, your name, job title, professional profile or business email address). RB2B does this using cookies and information such as your IP address and browser data, together with data RB2B holds or obtains from its data partners. When RB2B runs, it also connects your browser to those partners, including an IP location service (ip-api.com) and identity-matching services such as LiveIntent. These partners may set their own cookies and use the information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies only in the categories you allow:
- Necessary: required for the site to work, such as remembering your cookie choices. Always on.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used. We review this information in aggregate.
- Marketing and visitor insights: RB2B, to learn which organizations visit our site. We do not use these cookies to show you ads.
Our Cookie Policy lists the specific cookies we use.
“Do Not Track” signals
Our site doesn’t respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no agreed standard for them. Instead, no analytics or visitor identification tools run unless you opt in through our cookie banner.
Why we collect information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your request, contact you about it, and send you information about Beekeeper EDGE, if you sign up.
- Understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
- Understand which organizations are interested in our services, to inform our business development.
- Keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not use your information to show you ads. RB2B’s own use of information is described below.
Who we share information with
We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle sign-ups. They process information on our behalf:
- Vercel: hosts the site.
- Mailchimp: manages our email list.
- Monday.com: our internal system for tracking inquiries.
- Mailgun: sends confirmation and notification emails.
- Google Analytics: site analytics, with your consent.
- CookieYes: manages your cookie consent choices.
RB2B works differently. If you allow Marketing and visitor insights cookies, RB2B receives information about your visit and acts as an independent business, not only on our behalf. Under its terms, RB2B may use this information for its own purposes, including developing and improving its services, as described in RB2B’s privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Visitor identification and data partners
Our visitor identification provider, RB2B, asks the websites that use it to include the following statement:
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
On this site, this happens only if you allow Marketing and visitor insights cookies, and never if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Sale and sharing of information
We don’t sell your personal information for money. However, when you allow Marketing and visitor insights cookies, the information RB2B and its data partners receive about your visit may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws, and we treat it that way. The personal information involved is online identifiers and browsing information, such as IP address, cookie IDs and pages visited. It goes to RB2B and the data partners its service connects to.
You can opt out in any of these ways:
- Don’t allow Marketing and visitor insights cookies. They are off unless you turn them on.
- Turn them off at any time using , which is also at the bottom of every page.
- Use a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We treat GPC as an opt-out and won’t load RB2B, even if you previously allowed these cookies.
- Opt out with RB2B directly using RB2B’s opt-out form, which covers RB2B’s use of your information beyond this site.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
How long we keep information
- Sign-up information: we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps event data for a limited period set in our account, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Visitor insights data: kept in our RB2B account while we use the service. RB2B keeps information under its own privacy policy.
When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct or delete it.
- Stop or limit how we use it, including opting out of the sale or sharing described above.
- Withdraw any consent you’ve given. This won’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To make a request, email edge@beekeepergroup.com. You can also ask someone to make a request for you. We may need to confirm your identity (or theirs) before acting, and we will respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you’re in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, and manage cookies at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and the services we use process information in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site may link to websites or services we don’t operate. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
